Mission Status: Current
The Air National Guard will lead a joint civil-military medical mission, partnered with the Kodiak Area Native Association, supported by the Army Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve, Navy Active, Navy Reserve, Air Force Active, and Air Force Reserve. This collaborative medical mission will provide no-cost healthcare services to six remote Alaskan villages of Akhiok, Karluk, Larsen Bay, Old Harbor, Ouzinkie, Port Lions, and Kodiak City. Service members will receive required mission planning, logistical, transport and medical training by providing and supporting healthcare procedures, including medical, nutrition, behavioral health, podiatry, physical therapy, dental, optometry, and veterinary services.

The Marine Corps Reserve will partner with the Stonewall State Park Foundation, in collaboration with Stonewall Resort, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Service members will expand the resort amphitheater and community/event center while receiving training in horizontal construction utilizing heavy equipment including motor graders, dozers, backhoes, skid steers, wheel loaders, and other engineering assets to meet readiness requirements..

Veterans Park Construction Project

The Army National Guard will partner with Across the Pond Veterans Park to support the development of a campsite. Service members will build a retention pond, and conduct land clearance for parking spaces, camp sites, and trails. Service members will receive real world construction training, while the community will benefit from enhanced recreation facilities.

The Army National Guard will partner with the American Legion Post 77 to rennovate one of their buildings. Service members will conduct a construction survey and perform vertical construction. Service members will receive valuable real world construction training, while the community will benefit from improved facilities for its veterans.

The Army National Guard will partner with the Town of Bell, Wisconsin, to support construction efforts at the local airport. Service members will conduct horizontal construction, clearing and leveling areas along the airstrip. Service members will benefit from real world construction training, while the community will benefit from a revitalized airport.

Whiskey Mountain Camp Shop

The Army National Guard will partner with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department to conduct a construction mission at the Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp (WMCC). Service members will build a shop for the camp, which currently lacks a shop and storage for camp related equipment and infrastructure repair. Service members will conduct both vertical and horizontal construction as well as project management. Service members will benefit from real world construction training, while the community will benefit from no-cost construction services.
