The Air Force Reserve, in partnership with the underserved cities of Yellville, Mountain Home, and Marshall of Arkansas, will furnish military professionals with medical, logistics, Personnel Support for Contingency Operations (PERSCO), Force Support Squadron (FSS), communications, public affairs, Joint Operations Center (JOC), plans, leadership, and chaplain training to increase overall unit deployment readiness. The Army Reserve, Active Duty Navy, and Air National Guard will support this mission.

The Active Duty Marine Corps will partner with Santa Cruz Island Reserve and the University of California Santa Barbara to provide support transporting communication equipment to Santa Cruz Island, California. This mission will include real-world training in evaluating techniques for launching and piloting aircraft, lifting and placing shipping containers, and maintaining communication equipment (deliverables) and aircraft. The Marine Corps Reserve will support this mission.

The Air National Guard will partner with 365 Health of Colorado for transportation support of medical supplies over the diverse and challenging terrain of Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. The Army Reserve will partner with the Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services to offer medical, dental, optometry, immunizations, and medical education services to the residents of the Gill Baza and Zero Down subdivisions in Guam (Yigo). Training will include preparation and coordination of hospitalization and outpatient services operations as well as managing patient care operations and planning health service support operations. The Active Duty Air Force and Air Force Reserve will support this mission.

The Army National Guard will lead this mission with Nimiipuu Health to offer medical support services, including annual physical exams, vaccinations, diabetic care, and dental health assessments, to a local Idaho population. Staff will gain technical proficiency in clinical exam screening aspects of their Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) as well as experience collaborating with community entities in addition to receiving aviation training.The Air National Guard will support this mission.

The Army National Guard will partner with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) for sling load training using UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters. During this mission, recycled Christmas trees will be loaded, transported, and dropped off in the dedicated receipt location. Service members will receive valuable training in performing aspects of air missions and preparing equipment for operational readiness.

Service Members will excavate, handle heavy machinery, rebuild culverts, and pave roads.

The Army National Guard will partner with the Town of East Millinocket, Maine, to deconstruct an earthen berm located at a decommissioned mill site. Soldiers will train on heavy equipment while cutting down the berm, loading materials, and transporting spoils to a dedicated stockpile site. Additional equipment will be used to render the site conditions acceptable for a later use.

This mission will supply military personnel with real-world training in vertical and horizontal construction, plumbing, electrical work, and heavy equipment operations, and motor transport operations.

The Army National Guard will partner with the City of Manchester Health Department to supply dental services at no-cost to students ages 6–18 at eligible Manchester public schools. The Army National Guard will partner with the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department for transportation support in removing two broken pieces of culvert pipe from Silver Brook in Nash Stream Forest. North Carolina State University Well Drilling 2023

The Army National Guard will partner with the North Carolina State University (NCSU) Central Crops Research Station (CCRS) to support water well drilling tasks. These tasks will consist of site selection, soil testing, activity planning, materials handling, and transportation logistics. Service personnel will receive training through drilling the well, establishing the well, chlorinating the well, inserting the pump, and then clearing the site for use.

The Air Force Reserve will lead the effort with the City of Minot, North Dakota, to furnish aerial spray services to control vectors of disease-prone mosquito populations over the city. Military personnel will receive real-world training in evaluating techniques for launching and piloting aircraft, handling and applying aerial spray chemicals, maintaining spray equipment and aircraft, and analyzing control effectiveness.

The Air Force Reserve is leading efforts with the Williston Vector Control District to equip, launch, and pilot aircraft to protect communities from mosquito-borne illnesses by applying pesticides from an aircraft. Military personnel will receive hands-on readiness training for handling and applying pesticides, maintaining spray equipment and aircraft, and analyzing effectiveness of applications.

The Army National Guard will partner with the West Warwick, Rhode Island Veterans Council to provide support in upgrading the appearance and accessibility of the American Legion Post 2 walkways that surround the local World War I memorial. This horizontal construction mission will provide military personnel with real-world training opportunities in construction management, equipment maintenance, and surveying while enhancing unit capabilities and building readiness.

Custer State Park Trail Maintenance 2023

The Marine Corps Reserve, in partnership with the Custer State Park, will support road and trail repair and construction to improve access for vehicles and pedestrian traffic. This horizontal construction mission will provide hands-on training to military personnel in heavy equipment handling, construction equipment operation, road grading, stock piling, culvert installation, and bridge deck repair.

The Army National Guard will partner with the South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks to execute a construction mission to build an archery range shelter at the Rocky Point Recreation Area. The new archery range shelter will provide shade, storage, and accessibility to the archery range shooting line.
