FY 2021 Missions
Alaska
Old Harbor Hydroelectric Project Road
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
Army Reserve Command will partner with City of Old Harbor, Alaska to provide roadway construction as part of the city's ongoing hydroelectric dam project. When complete the project will provide a clean, renewal source to sustain the village's energy needs.

Kodiak Island Arctic Care
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Air Force will lead this mission in partnership with the Kodiak Area Native Association (KANA) to provide no-cost medical services across six remote village communities on the island of Kodiak, Alaska. The Army Reserve Command, Army National Guard, Marine Corps Reserve, Navy Reserve, and Air National Guard will support this joint medical mission.
Arizona
General Roadway Maintenance
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
The Marine Corps Reserve will partner with the Pima County Department of Transportation (PCDOT) to provide roadway grading, maintenance, site preparation, drainage improvements and existing flood debris removal. Reservists will gain valuable training in areas such as heavy equipment operations and logistics planning.

Catalina Island Road Repair
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
This multi-year partnership between the Marine Corps and the Catalina Island Conservancy will include roadway repair to more than seven miles of horizontal facilities on the island. The project will address existing damage from wind and rain erosion, improve drainage through installation of culverts, and enhance safety for both vehicular and foot traffic.

Cleveland National Forest - Dam
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
This multi-year partnership between the United States Forest Service and the Marine Corps will provide critical Civil Engineering support to conduct dam removal and habitat restoration activities in the Cleveland National Forest. Service personnel will receive training in demolition, construction, heavy equipment operation, logistics, and explosives to remove obsolete water impoundments, mine shafts, and building infrastructure.

K'ima:w Medical Center/Operation Walking Shield
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Army Reserve Command will conduct training exercises at the K'ima:w Medical Center. Service Members will deliver beneficial no-cost medical services to the Hoopa Valley tribal community; including medical, behavioral health, dental, and nursing care.
Colorado
9Health Fair Supply Delivery
(Transportation)
Mission Status: Current
Service Members of the Air National Guard will train on heavy transportation equipment across challenging terrain throughout Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. This repeat partnership with 9 Health Services, Inc. will deliver essential medical supplies to over 100 health fair locations.

Central Delaware Partnership for Hope (Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Army National Guard will partner with the Central Delaware Housing Collaborative in a training mission to deliver no-cost medical care to residents in the central part of the state. The Army Reserve Command, Marine Corps Reserve, Active Duty Navy, Air National Guard, and the Air Force Reserve Command will support this mission.
Georgia
East Central Georgia IRT Program
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Air Force Reserve command will partner with the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) Regional Commission to provide no-cost medical services across multiple sites of care throughout Georgia. Supporting service components include the Army Reserve Command, Marine Corps Reserve, Navy Reserve, and Air National Guard.
Hawaii
Girl Scout Camp Paumalu
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
This multi-year, joint service partnership with the Girl Scouts of Hawaii (GSH) will include construction of new campsite infrastructure as well as replacement of existing swimming pool and shower facilities. The Air National Guard will lead this mission - delivering training opportunities in multiple occupational specialties. The Army National Guard, Marine Corps Reserve, and Active Duty Air Force will support this mission.
Kentucky
Operation Coal Country
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Army Reserve will partner with the Knox County Health Department in the State of Kentucky to provide no-cost healthcare services between two sites of care. Alongside the Marine Corps Reserve, Service Members will train in multiple occupational medical specialties in including dental, behavioral health, medical logistics, and veterinary care.

Operation Gateway Kentucky
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Air Force Reserve Command - alongside the Army Reserve Command, Marine Corps Reserve, Navy Reserve, and Air National Guard - will lead this joint training exercise in partnership the the Kentucky Department for Local Government. This repeat partnership will deliver no-cost medical care to communities within the Appalachian Regional Commission service area.
Minnesota
Cass Lake/Operation Walking Shield

Mission Status: Current
The Army Reserve will partner with the Cass Lake Indian Health Service (IHS) to train in health system support medical treatment management services. This repeat partnership will deliver medical, dental, and optometry care to the native population of Leech Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota.
Mississippi
Camp Kamassa
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
The Air Force Reserve Command will lead this joint repeat IRT partnership with Mississippi's Toughest Kids Foundation (MTK). The Army National Guard, Marine Corps Reserve, Navy Reserve, and Air National Guard will support the construction of year-round camping facilities tailored for children and special needs adults.
Mississippi | Arkansas | Louisiana
Delta Wellness
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Air National Guard will partner with the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) to deliver no-cost medical care to communities across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The Active Duty Air Force, Marine Corps Reserve, Active Duty Navy, and Air Force Reserve will support this mission to provide the community with no-cost medical, optometry, and dental services. 
Missouri | Illinois
Operation Healthy Delta 2021
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
In partnership with Delta Area Economic Opportunity Corporation (DAEOC), the Air National Guard will provide no-cost medical services across three sites of care in Illinois and Missouri. Patients will receive care during this repeat IRT partnership; which is now in its fourth year. The Army Reserve Command, Marine Corps Reserve, Active Duty Air Force, and the Air Force Reserve Command will support this mission.
Montana
Fort Belknap Indian Health Service
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Army Reserve Command has partnered with the Fort Belknap Indian Health Service (IHS) to provide medical, pharmacy, dental, and other healthcare services to the Native American population at the Fort Belknap Agency; as well as the Hays clinic on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation in North Central Montana.
Nebraska
Nebraska Cyber Exercise 2021
(Cyber)
Mission Status: Rescheduled to FY 2022
The Army National Guard Cyber Response Team will partner with the Nebraska Public Power District to build National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) based cyber frameworks; providing mission participants with training opportunities in the area of defensive cyber operations.
New Mexico
Operation Footprint
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
The Navy Reserve will partner with the Southwest Indian Foundation (SWIF) to deliver no-cost construction services to areas within the Navajo population. Mission participants will receive valuable training through construction of houses, roads, and utilities. The Army Reserve Command will support this joint service mission.
Northern Mariana Islands, Tinan
Tinian Road Paving & Repair
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
The Navy will partner with the mayoral office of Tinian and Aguiguan in the Central Northern Mariana Islands. This construction mission will deliver smoother transportation surfaces and enhanced access through training that focuses on pavement repair and rehabilitation. Sailors will assess and repair more than two miles of roadway infrastructure including pavement, culverts, and stormwater structures.
North Dakota
Turtle Mountain IHS/Operation
Walking Shield
(Medical)
Mission Status: Current
The Army Reserve will lead this continued partnership with the Indian Health Service (IHS) to deliver no-cost medical services to the community of Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa. Service Members will train in delivering care across multiple medical specialties at the Quentin N. Burdick healthcare facility. The Active Duty Army will support this mission.
Oklahoma
Cherokee Veteran's Housing Initiative
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
The Air National Guard will partner with the Cherokee Veteran's Housing Initiative in this joint-service mission to construct new single-family homes and supporting infrastructure for eligible Cherokee Nation veterans and their families. The Army National Guard, Navy Reserve, and Air Force Reserve Command will support this mission.
Oregon
Rooster Crow Park
(Construction)
Mission Status: Current
The Army National Guard will partner with the City of Rogue River in leading a civil engineering mission to construct a new community park and gathering space. Supported by the Marine Corps Reserve, mission participants will receive valuable training in construction occupational specialties while creating a local resource and gathering space for the community.

Camp Carter

Mission Status: Current
The Marine Corps Reserve will partner with the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) of Metro Fort Worth to conduct repairs and improvements to facilities on Camp Carter. Service Members will receive training through land clearing, debris removal, and earth grading activity as part of overall site preparation.

Webb County Civil Affairs

Mission Status: Current
The Army Reserve will lead this partnership with the County of Webb, Texas to conduct Civil Affairs training activities across forty-six Colonias within the county. The Marine Corps Reserve will support this mission to improve the overall quality of life for residents within the predominately rural service area.

Nueces County Civil Affairs

Mission Status: Current
The Army Reserve will lead this partnership with the County of Nueces, Texas to conduct Civil Affairs training through support of key utility assessments in the Colonias communities within the county. The Marine Corps Reserve will support this mission.
